The grant will partially cover the semiannual training of the young artist at Otis College of Art, a private art and design school in Los Angeles, California. The college was founded in 1918 and became the first independent school of art in Los Angeles.
During 2016 the Foundation supported young artists working in the field of technological art, and in 2017 organized an art residence in Riga for portfolio review and communicating with international experts in the field of science art as part of a parallel program at the RIXC ART SCIENCE FESTIVAL conference.
